Our Client
CoralTree is an award winning tech firm offering file sharing and collaboration software-as-a-service solutions for businesses and individuals in the accounting, legal, insurance, architecture, construction, real estate, and other industry segments. Their QBoxPlus.com website had been in existence since 2015, but the company had not focused on search engine optimization as a marketing channel.
The Challenge
In early 2019, the team at CoralTree felt the time was right to drive more traffic to the QBoxPlus.com website and recognized that they needed external expertise and capacity to be able to focus on this work.
Our Solution
After a full site audit, we performed keyword research and page mapping, acting as the search engine ‘architect’ for the site, which we used to create a detailed SEO strategy. Once we had completed this work, we worked through the website, optimizing content, titles and H1 headings.
The Qbox optimization strategy included a focus on ongoing, keyword optimized blogging as part of a monthly service package. This included the delivery of a content marketing plan and ongoing keyword research, along with detailed site monitoring and monthly reporting. This allowed us to continually adjust and review our plan to produce the best results.
The Results
When we started this project in 2019 the client had 300 keywords in the top 100 Google results. By February 2021 we had increased the number of top 100 keywords by 1,130% to an incredible 3,692 keywords.
In addition, we increased the number of keywords ranking in the top 10 (Page 1 of Google results) from 23 in July 2019 to 210 in February 2021.
Over the same period of time, we grew organic sessions by 457% from 3,166 sessions in July 2019 to 17,633 in February 2021.
About Us
In business since 2011, PamAnn Marketing helps businesses get more traffic to their websites and get more leads from that traffic. Our MBA-crafted strategies set us far apart from agencies that provide “random acts of marketing.” We do not “throw stuff out there to see what sticks.” We constantly measure the results of what we do, to ensure that we do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.
